1. Refund Policy

• If the project is halted by us without a valid reason and without any fault from the client’s side, a full refund will be issued.

• In all other cases — including client-initiated cancellations, delays, change of requirements, or violation of these terms — no refund will be provided.

2. Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay 100% of the project cost in advance before the commencement of any work, No work will begin until the advance payment is received and confirmed.

3. Professional Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical communication at all times,  Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward our team will result in the immediate suspension of the project, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
